Mufti Habib is a Pakistani Islamic scholar and educator based in Dubai. For more than twenty years he has taught the Qur'an and Tajweed, Islamic jurisprudence and Arabic, and worked on curriculum development for Islamic education.
He serves as Imam and Khateeb in Dubai, sits on a Halal certification committee as an Islamic affairs expert, and teaches Hajj and Umrah online to pilgrims around the world. His approach joins traditional scholarship with modern teaching standards, supported by more than 600 hours of CPD and professional teacher training.
He teaches in Urdu, Arabic and English.
Mufti Habib's path began in an institution founded by his maternal grandfather in Karachi, where his father studied and taught, and where he himself memorised the Qur'an.
A renowned scholar who founded Darul Uloom Anwarul Islam in Karachi around sixty years ago. The institution has since grown into a network of branches.
A student of Maulana Abdul Baqi who memorised the Qur'an at Darul Uloom Anwarul Islam and taught the Qur'an there for many years. He then served for about thirty years as Imam and Khateeb in Al Ain, UAE, where he also gave regular lessons in the deen, devoting his whole life to its service.
Memorised the Qur'an at the same institution his grandfather founded, and later returned to lead its Qur'an department before continuing his service in the UAE.

Mufti Habib serves as Imam and Khateeb at Saddiq Omar Abu Seedo Masjid in The Villa community, known locally as the 3D Mosque.
Its walls were produced by robotic 3D concrete printing, which gives the building its flowing, dune-like texture. The masjid is a working example of Dubai's 3D printing vision, and a home for daily prayers, Qur'an classes, family programmes and special gatherings in Ramadan and on Eid.
